What is the Postural Video module?
The Postural Video module gives you a multi-angle, real-time view of the patient’s overall alignment relative to their reference position during setup and monitoring by using an outline of the reference surface and a live video stream of the patient.
Two independent studies confirm that Postural Video significantly reduces setup time compared to standard SGRT. In the most recent published study, setup time was reduced by 40 seconds, with total treatment time also shortened, all while maintaining positional accuracy². In an earlier head-to-head trial, Postural Video cut setup time by 29% and reduced repeat imaging by 63%¹.
Utilizing the high resolution and fast frame rate of the AlignRT camera pods, the outlines guide to ensure the patient is in the correct position and also helps to quickly identify and correct when a patient does move out of position.
The Postural Video module is only available with AlignRT.
