At Vision RT, we’re here to support you

At Vision RT we understand how important it is to have the best equipment, but also how important it is for your team to be trained to a high level.  We know it is vital for your team to be comfortable and competent when using the AlignRT equipment clinically, which is why training is an essential part of our offer.

After you purchase AlignRT, your clinic will be assigned a primary regional trainer. We call these Clinical Application Specialists (ClinApp Specialists). Our ClinApp Specialists are all former radiation therapists and most have worked in clinics with AlignRT technology, so they understand first-hand how valuable our training offer is and will ensure your team receives best-in-class training.

Ultimately, our ClinApp specialists’ aim is to assist your team in developing protocols to fit your clinic’s specific needs, so your team can focus on what matters most: treating patients.

The AlignRT training program

 

Our ClinApps are here to support you every step of the way. Our ClinApp team has developed an extensive training program, which takes your team through step-by-step training.

 

Initial Align RT Training:We invite your team to our training facility for two days, to provide key clinical users with in-depth, in-person training on AlignRT.

Supplemental Online Learning Module: Our training has an online component that allows for flexible, self-directed learning. This will give you the opportunity to gain valuable insight into SGRT, in preparation for your first treatment support visit (which is done via in-person training). You can access training resources on the Vision RT learning portal at your convenience and review them as many times as you need.

First treatment support: Our ClinApp specialists will be on-site with you for your first patient treatment, to assist your team in developing clinical workflows and protocols.

 

Ongoing Support

Optional Annual Training

To help you get the most out of your investment, Vision RT offers an annual training credit and biannual contact scheme, to help encourage in-house adoption of your AlignRT system, and establish best practices in its use.

Remote Support

We understand that your focus needs to be on patients, therefore our ClinApp Specialist’s are available remotely to assist you with patient workflow, procedural processes, and application utilization.

Training For Upgrades

When new software upgrades are available, our Clinapp specialists will provide your team with training to ensure you can use the new features to your advantage during treatments.

Learning Management Portal

You and your team will have access to our Learning Management System. On the Vision RT portal, you can access useful upgrade information, virtual training courses, materials and quizzes to help you and your team master your Vision RT system.
