Enhancing patient safety and precision for treatments on Halcyon®, Ethos and (coming soon) Radixact® linear accelerators

Visibility Inside the Bore

Shadowing inside the bore during radiotherapy treatments can make accurate patient monitoring challenging, potentially impacting treatment precision¹.

AlignRT InBore combines the benefits of ceiling-mounted AlignRT cameras for patient setup with a dual camera system mounted on a ring within the bore. This helps maintain full visibility of the tracking region through setup, imaging and treatment.

Published data from UCSD demonstrates that using AlignRT for setup can reduce treatment times, reduce repeat imaging and improve patient position accuracy by reducing residual rotational errors².

Built-In Tools
